Thermal carafe does not keep coffee hot

First cup is great. Second cup is warm, not hot. Third cup is lukewarm, in less than 20 minutes, not acceptable. This is either a broken carafe, or it is not even a thermal carafe but a faux one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like many other reviews, lid on my pot is broken and I can find no replacement. Company should address this issue!

Loved this coffee pot, until the lid broke!

This coffee pot has been great until the lid broke. It can be difficult to clean as well, but I would recommend this if a replacement lid could be easily found. I definitely don't want to buy a whole new pot, but it is looking like that is what I will have to do.

My lid broke as well, now it is all but useless. Plastic part should be available to replace for pennies but i cannot fin it

Broken Carafe Lid

This coffee maker has been great up until the lid on the carafe broke. Another issue is that sometimes, without warning, coffee will flow outside of the carafe making a huge mess. I'm not exactly a morning person and this issue has made me late to work more than a few times.

Keeps coffee hot for hours

Have been using this for two weeks , only complaint is the clock doesn't light up enough, the background is black, so is the clock. I need a flashlight to program it. But keeps the coffee hot for four or five hours !
