One Year and Going Strong

We have been making coffee in the CM2035B every day for a year now. It has shown zero defects. It works perfectly and makes good coffee. it has a 1-4 cup button and a “strong” button. I think these adjust brew speed so that the quantity of water is dispersed at an appropriate time to match your intentions, but if you don’t use them often, and accidentally have 1-4 selected when you are making 12 cups, you will have a long wait on your hands, and possibly stronger than you wanted. I don’t mind my coffee on the strong side, but I want it ASAP. This is not a bug, you just have to select the proper brew mode. I find Black & Decker coffee makers do a great job making every day drip coffee fast and easy. I recommend them to my friends. This one has more features than I’m used to, but one year in and I love it.

Do not buy

This worked for about 3 weeks. Now every time I brew a cup of coffee I have to hit the on button 4-5 times to get it to brew a full pot. We took the first one back for the same issue. Here we go again. If you have a product that does not last a month you should not sell it

Solid device except for spillage from "no-spill" l

This coffeemaker has been a solid performer, but after about 18 months the "no-spill" lid began spilling. I just started looking to buy a replacement lid, but other reviewers report that none are available.

Works great - except ....

We bought this coffee maker two years ago and it has worked perfectly until today when the pouring button on the lid broke. I looked for replacement parts for this coffee maker and I can’t even find the model listed. If I can get a replacement lid I will continue to use this as I am very happy with the product.

Great Coffee Maker For Awhile

My husband and I love this coffee maker because it keeps our coffee hot for hours. We are truly devastated because the lid is not working properly. We looked for replacement parts but cannot find anything. The pot is leaking all over the place.

Bought one, 3 months later it stopped working. Received a new one on warranty.....3 months later, it also stopped working! I am now waiting a partial refund check. It is obvious that there is a problem with this model and it should be fixed or taken out of the product line. Don't waste your time or money!
