Carafe Lid breaks

Great coffee maker but the lid is weak. I can not find a replacement lid anywhere.

Keeps coffee hot - lid needs improvement

Great coffee maker and carafe for keeping coffee hot. But, I agree the lid is weak as mine broke also. How do I order a replacement lid?

Great coffeemaker, faulty lid

I have owned the CM 2035 less than 6 months and like it over the more pricey coffeemakers we've owned in the past. Like everyone else, I'm having trouble with the lid. I'd gladly purchase a replacement if it were available. I hate to have to buy a new (and different) coffeemaker, but I'll have to if I can't get a replacement lid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffee maker, weak lid on carafe

The best coffee maker we found but the carafe lid is weak in design. Before discovering this flaw we bought several more as gifts. B & D has honored the warranty and replaced the whole unit but the lid is broken again and will not dispense. A person would think with such an obvious flaw a redesign of the lis would be in order or at least available as a replacement part.

Cheap aluminum carafe / bad lid

I initially thought this coffee pot was great, however, when the lid broke I ordered a new one. When I received it....the pot was hollow aluminum and did not keep coffee hot at all. Returned that one for another one...Same thing....hollow aluminum. I give up....still using it with the broken lid, searching for a new coffee maker and will never buy B&D coffee pot in the future.

Broken lid renders this unusable

This pot was great until the inner workings of the lid broke. On random days, coffee cascades down the outside of the pot and seeps all over the counter and floor. It's a huge mess, a disappointment, and a waste of coffee. Fresh-brewed, hot coffee is one of the few consolations of getting up so early, and I can't count on this now.
