Love the pot, but lid is broken

Love the coffee pot, keeps the coffee hot forever. But the lid tab broke. Was able to still use the little bit of tab still left on to dispense coffee, but now the plunger broke away from the lid and will not dispense coffee anymore. Have to take the whole lid off to pour coffee. Cannot find a replacement lid and don't need/want to buy a whole new carafe. Anyone know where I can find a new lid?
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the coffee pot about 6 months ago now the lid has broken. Where can I find a new lid???????????????????????????

Great Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like many others, we really liked this product (aluminum pot, easy to use, reasonable price, etc) until the lid broke. It appears to be a great product with one weak part. Customer service did respond quickly and sent a replacement for free. Therefore, I am increasing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. We are about to purchase another kitchen appliance and Black & Decker will be back at or near the top of what we will be considering.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unreliable product

We bought model CM2035b only a few months back. First it leaked all over the counter. My wife worked around that. Now the carafe lid leaks like a sieve. I went to the B&D recommended parts supply and it says neither the lid or the carafe are available.....this on a coffee maker we bought in the past six months? That is ridiculous and unacceptable customer service, talk about not standing behind a product. Can the company resolve this matter? Maybe B&D should stick with consumer power tools, I think the company does better with those.

Cover broke after 4 mos/

The cover broke and the coffee comes out very slow. Doesn't keep coffee hot very long.

Keeps the coffee warm for hours!

This is a good thermal coffeemaker. The downside is that after a less than a year the little tab to pour the coffee out broke, I super glued it but within a week it broke again. It needs a sturdier lid, but all in all a good coffeemaker for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great coffee pot, terrible lid

We got this coffee system for our wedding and we loved it bc it brews 12 cups and keeps our coffee hot for hours. Perfect for entertaining! But only a few months in and the lid broke, just like all other reviewers. We can't seem to find a replacement lid or carafe.

Great, but...

I love this coffee maker, but like others have said, the trigger on the lid snapped. Actually, this has happened twice. After the first time, I purchased a new carafe just to get a new lid, because I couldn't see any way to purchase a lid only. I don't want to go to that expense again. I'd purchase more lids, though, because I love the coffee maker. Wish the lid could be redesigned to be more sturdy.
