I like it!

We have had ours for about six months and like so many others, the lid does not work! Other than that we have very favorable feelings about it. We bought it for the insulated carafe feature and looked long and hard to find one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Coffee Maker

I bought this coffee maker a few days ago and it seems like a great product. The display does not light up, which makes it hard to see, should it light up? I read some of the reviews and am a little concerned about the lid, and how to get a new one if it breaks.

Lid broken after exactly one year of use. Hopefully I can figure out how to get it resolved under warranty!

Love it but the lid is broken

We have had this product for less than a year. Love that it keeps coffee hot but the lid is broken, it leaks coffee out slowly when pouring or at times does not allow coffee to come out. It is under warranty but not sure how to get it replaced. Please help. Otherwise love the coffee maker

Great coffee pot until...

The coffee pot was great until the lid broke. Like other reviews have stated, the thumb tab broke and coffee won't pour without unscrewing the lid. Where can I get a new lid?

Worth the money.

I purchased this coffee maker for my husband about 6 months ago. And how he loves his coffee! Its a great maker of coffee, but I too have the same problem as others. The lid also broke on ours and I really don't want to purchase another coffee maker at this time. I was willing to replace the whole thermal carafe, but I can't even find the replacement for it. I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me out with this. Thank you kindly.

Great coffee maker but...

I love this coffee pot but within a month of having it the carafe lid broke so I cannot pour the coffee without removing the lid entirely - after reading the other reviews it seems this is an issue you have with this product - can you please advise?

coffee overflows

Searched for a stainless steel carafe coffee maker and bought this one. Every time I make coffee the coffee overflows onto the counter. I have tried with a filter, without a filter, various grinds of coffee and the results are the same. The filter compartment fills up with water plugs off and overflows. A messy result!!!
