Another lid problem

It seems like this is happening to a number of people. The thermal carafe is great, but now the lid doesn't work and you have to remove it to pour a cup of coffee. Which kinda defeats the point of a thermal carafe. If they fixed this, I'd rate it a five star product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

terrible top

love the carafe, coffee maker is reliable, as long as you make sure the carafe is fully engaged underneath the basket then there are no issues except----the lid broke within the first month to where the coffee only dribbles out of the spout. sometimes you can jiggle the button and get the pour to be alright for awhile but it is a terrible design and now the top stays clogged by the interior piece and it blocks the flow from the maker so coffee flows down the sides instead of into the carafe!!! have jiggled the button again and the interior piece has now broken loose....do not recommend this maker due to the flawed top

They say cord storage ! How does it work ? i was not able to push the cord inside , how im i suppose to do it ? i dont want to force anything thanks !

Another Lid Issue

Our carafe lid has broken as well. First the thumb piece, although it still worked. But, now the entire inner parts have broken loose so the filter spring/release is never engaged and coffee only pours over the filter basket onto the counter. I really just want to know where to get a replacement lid.

Great coffee maker but the lid broke....

Purchased this coffee maker a little over a year ago and have been generally pleased but but now the push button on the lid no longer works and we have to remove the lid to pour. Are replacement parts available?

Lid is broken!!!!

Great Coffee maker but now the lid is broken and you can not get the coffee to pour out with out removing the lid on the carafe and open pour the coffee out.Put the lid back on the keep the coffee hot.I would not recommend this product.Seems like a simple fix and is a common problem with this coffee maker.

Thought the pot was great until lid started leaking, then the lid broke, yes I would recommend, but with reservations. Also where can I get a new lid?

Keeps the coffee hot!

I purchased two of these coffee makers;one for my home and one for our office. The lid has broken on the one I have at home, where the switch is to allow the coffee to pour out and I have been looking for a replacement lid for several months. I am also looking for a second carafe for the one I purchased for the office. Would someone be able to assist with either or both of these? I really like the brewers. As long as the lid is in tact the coffee remains hot until near the end of the work day. It does take a long time to brew.
