nice warm coffee

The carafe does keep the coffee warm but the lid is very fragile. The lid broke early in it's life and I cannot find a replacement
I would recommend this to a friend!

Large thermal carafe

Unfortunately just like so many others the lid on my carafe no longer works, coffe dribbles all over when I press the button. I need a replacement. I really like the size of the thermal carafe.

Poor functionality - Overflows every single time

While the coffee from the pot tastes good, and stays warm long enough, it is frustrating that with every single full 12-cup pot that I brew, the brew basket overflows causing grounds to end up in my coffee. I have tried multiple different filter types, bigger filters, putting less coffee in the basket, always the same result. I even tried descaling (although it's done this from brand new on day one) and that had no success. I don't even consider using the "sneak-a-cup" feature. The only way to stop the over flow is to brew about 6 cups, turn the power off long enough for the excess water to flow into to the pot and then resume power. The coffee does not flow into the pot fast enough to keep up with the Evenstream Showerhead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great machine but bad carafe button

Noticing a trend as button broke on carafe. Duper glued it back together twice (less than a year old) first break made coffee go everywhere except carafe. This last break made me finally get manual to search model for new button. Way to order?
