Love the coffee maker but...

I love everything about my new coffee maker, but I hate using the paper filters. I would love to buy a reusable coffee filter, where can I buy one?

Love the cofree pot; hate the lid...

My husband and I got this coffee pot as a wedding present. We have been using it since June and have beenough absolutely thrilled with the quality of the cofree it produces as well as how long it retains heat! About a month ago, we starated having issues with the lid, however. It would periodically get stuck open or closed and the thumb lever becomes unresponsive. The problem has grown gradually worse and more consistent. Not sure what to do about it or how to order a replacement. Customer service help please...?

I had a previous incarnation to this coffee pot for many years and loved it. A year ago it stopped working so I purchased this new model as a replacement. Spent a little extra over some lesser expensive coffee makers but I felt it was money well spent considering how many years of great service I had from my old one. I don't drink coffee daily. It's a pretty rare occasion, actually. At least half of the use this coffee maker had was when my parents visited briefly from out of state. Just over a year after purchasing this coffee maker it's now not usable. For whatever reason, the liquid won't pass through the lid fast enough and runs out all over the counter. It's out of warranty so my choices are to either find a replacement lid for the carafe or buy a new coffee maker. I sure hate to buy a new coffee maker. I've been combing the internet looking for a new carafe or carafe lid to no avail.
So much sad. One of those rare days I feel like having a cup of coffee and I'm stuck with Starbucks Via instant. NOT what I would like to be drinking.
Black and Decker, please, can you make replacement parts available for us?

Great coffee maker, broken lid

Have had this for over a year. Every once-in-a-while the coffee poured out from the brewer over the lid; I thought it was something I had done wrong. Now we can`t pour w/o removing lid completely. Looked for a replacement lid and can`t find one. Quite disappointing.

Broken lid

Lots of complaints about the lid breaking! Mine is broken too, after only a year or so of use. Thermal pot is great, but not worth the price since it's so common that the lid breaks.

Great coffee maker all but the lid!

Bought in December 2014 and arounf Christmas 2015 the lid began having issue. Will not pour at times and pours out the top. Hate to have to keeping buying new coffee maker because of the lid issues. Would be a 5 star if lid were better.

Lid stopped working

Have had this coffee maker for about 6 months. Loved it at first but like others who have bought this machine the lid stopped working and i can no longer pour out of the pot without removing the lid. No replacement lid found online.

Need a replacement lid or carafe

We have had this coffee maker less then 6 months. It works great except that today the lid for the carafe broke somehow. I have been looking for a replacement lid or carafe, but have been unable to find any anywhere. It is a shame to toss this when all we need is the lid or a carafe.
