Great coffeemaker, BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..............

We bought this several months ago and it has always made great coffee without fail but, like a lot of other customers, the stopper mechanism inside the lid has broken and you cannot get a proper pour. I would like to get a replacement lid but I cannot find it anywhere. Can you help?

Broken lid

After reading just a couple reviews, it seems this is a typical problem. I like the coffee maker itself, it does the job. A few months back the lever on the lid broke and I now have to remove the lid every time i want to pour a cup of coffee. Nothing else is wrong with the unit so it's hard to justify buying a new one, but it'd be nice to get just the lid sent to me.

Broken Carafe top

I love my coffee pot except for the broken carafe lid which had caused coffee grounds in our coffee. I also am interested in a replacement top also.

Love the coffee pot but....

We have been using our coffee pot Dailey since we purchased it. It makes great coffee that stays hot all day. The issue I have, along with others is that 3 days ago the handle of the carafe broke. It's only been cleaned by hand and I'm the one who cleans it. It's never been dropped or abused. I need a new lid

Great coffee - bad lid

Brews well. Lots of options for brewing preferences. Even helps you save money by choosing a stronger brew so you can use less coffee. Sadly the lid broke. Hoping to get a replacement. Was going to leave an Amazon review but want to let them have a chance to make it right first.

This is a great coffee maker and the carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours without cooking it into yuck.. however The lid to the carafe broke and where can I purchase a new one.

Best coffee pot over - no more burnt coffee!

We bought this pot over a year ago and we love it. Apparently we are having the same issue as others, because our lid is broken. We seem to have a "better" break because we are able to pour a cup without removing the lid, but the lever does nothing to hold back the coffee as you don't even need to use the lever to get the coffee to pour out. (Therefore also lets the coffee in the pot cool off faster than it did before it sealed up properly.)
