another broken lid

The coffee maker had been great except for the lid breaking. I would recommend this coffee maker if the lid did not have an obvious design problem. What a shame.

Great Except for Broken Lid

The coffee maker is great except that the lid broke shortly after we purchased it. Now we have to remove the lid to pour coffee without spilling it all over the place.

Works well but also has defective top

The unit works well and keeps the coffee hot for a long time. The top seems to be defective. It broke and like the others on this site I was looking for a replacement I found that this is part of a larger issue. I still have not found a place to order the replacement. It should be easier to locate replacement parts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great while it worked -

I bought this just a couple months ago, and it worked fine until it just stopped working. Worked one morning, and the next morning - lights on, everything the same, doesn't work. Considering the other poor ratings, don't purchase.

Broken Lid

I bought this coffeemaker in May and the lever broke off the spout to pour the coffee. We like the coffeemaker until this happened and would like to replace the lid only. The lid has been leaking before the lid broke. Not sure if anyone else has had problems with the carafe leaking under normal use. How can I get just the lid replaced?
I would recommend this to a friend!

The thumb lever on the carafe lid broke. I'm hoping the e-mail that has been sent to others has a solution. Otherwise the coffee-maker has performed well. I can't recommend it until the lid issue is fixed.

Lukewarm coffee at best

I received this coffee maker as a Christmas gift from my parents and couldn't wait to have a steaming hot cup of coffee. Unfortunately, that is not the case at all. I've brewed several pots now and whether I interrupt the brew cycle to pour a fresh cup or I wait until the end of the brewing cycle, my coffee is never HOT. It is always lukewarm at best.

great features but lacking in quality

This coffee maker worked very well for about 2 months when the lever on the lid broke. I now have to remove the lid to pour coffee, and I haven't been able to find a replacement lid.
