Lid issue figured out

We have had this pot for almost 2 years, and until recently it has been an awesome pot for the price. Realized just recently coffee was slow in coming out of the spout. My hubby popped the lid open and saw that the handle you push down to open the spout was breaking, super glue to the rescue. We should a little bit longer out of this machine now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This coffeemaker is absolutely great! Until the lever on the lid broke, which seems to be the biggest complaint other people have had. I came to the website perfectly willing to buy a new lid. Things like this happen, it's not a big deal. But, if the company knew this was an issue (and it looks like you guys did) at least make a replacement part available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The lid on the carafe broke and after looking all over the internet for a search for a replacement came up empty if not for this I would have given this product a 5 star rating. wondering where I could find a replacement.

Love this machine

Finally! A coffee pot that holds more than a few cups of coffee and DOES NOT drip when you pour! The only complaint I would have is that the coffee doesn't stay warm for a long time. Otherwise, I'm happy.

Lid broke

I own 2 of these. I have one at home and then bought for my office. Yesterday the pouring lid broke after only 2 months. I really need to get another one. When everything works, it is a great Coffermaker.

Good but lid broke

I've had my coffee pot for seven months and now the carafe lid has stopped working. I push on the handle and it pours all over the place. It's my first coffee pot for my first apartment. How can I fix the lid problem? Thanks!
