Great blender, but plastic ring broke

Another case of loving the blender, but the plastic ring for the bottom of the jar broke. Wish I could find parts. I need the drinking cap for the small mixer jar as well and can't find it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broken Base

This blender worked well and I really like the smoothie program! However we have had it for only 2 months and now the base broke and there is no replacement part. If they could just produce a hardier replacement!

great blender but broken plastic base

It works very well and I like the convenience of the single serve cups. However, the plastic base for the jar cracked and I need a replacement.

As with other review the plastic jar base broke after a few months and can't find a replacement. Otherwise was very happy with it.

Works Great For a Bit

I loved this blender when I first got it- but after only a couple months it stopped working- I thought maybe it was a fluke and it is such a great price I purchased another one. Now I am having a different issue like a stripped screw the blade no longer turns even though it is making noise like it does. I wish they had a longer life

NICE UNIT

Received this blender as a birthday present. Worked swell until the base split. Only had a few months and was surprised how quick it failed. The rest of the unit is very well made. Can't seem to find a replacement, so I'll have to trash it!!!

It's nice but after clearing, the gasket warped and fell out. I'd just like to buy some new gaskets.

Very powerful blender

I have owned this blender for a year now had no issues it does a good job with smoothies but two days back it gave up on me the base of jar plastic part was broken didn’t realize until my smoothie spilled and my blender stopped working ! !
