Easy to use, powerful and quick clean up

I bought this a couple of months ago and my children use it more than me. very easy to use and clean up is easy. However, the light gray gasket ripped and it now leaks. We can not use it because it splashes every where. Is there a replacement gasket I can buy? Thank you for any help:) Lori

Parts replacement

I purchased this product about a year ago and although I was pleased with it overall, the fusion blade broke and I'm unable to use it any more. Is there any way I can purchase a replacement blade?

collar cracked!!

I bought this blender, since I have always been satisfied with Black & Decker products in the past! I only used it two times and the plastic collar cracked. I have searched everywhere for a replacement part, to no avail. I see other reviews that this is a common problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

need new plastic collar

As with many other reviews posted here, the plastic collar at the base of the glass pitcher has cracked and broken. I love my blender and need a replacement!

Just like so many other people on this page, the blender works fine, but the plastic jar base has cracked under normal use. Very disappointing.

Worst purchase ever

I bought 3 of this products for me, my mom and my sister, it was the worst purchase ever. Within a week the the bottom part broke. The glass complete cracked open and all the liquid spill through.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
