Excellent Value, Quality and Comfort

This is one of the better BT headsets I have used. Several things stand out.
1. It's very comfortable to wear longer than normal neck based devices.
2. It's very durable and love the IP ratings for sweat/water resistance.
3. Multi-point and digital call/noise suppression.
4. Cost effective device.
5. Noise filters of the outside noise.

better than my powerbeats 2

Was skeptical to purchase as I had a bad experience with powerbeats 2, these have been nothing short of amazing, great battery life, awesome sound and extremely hassle free. I have recommended these on numerous occasions and standby that recommendation. I couldn't happy with these headphones.

Got these headphones because I was tired of dealing with cords. As a commercial electrician and someone who works out these headphones came out at a great time. I was worried about the thin wire of the headphones but I make sure to be gentle with it as I have to pull out and retract them often while on the clock. So far so good, I let my girlfriend wear them while at the gym, she loves them just needs lg to sell the pink asap. Overall these are incredible they are worn under my collar and sometimes forget they are there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great look and fit But

I Had mine for 2 weeks. At first feel in love with the look ,fit and the promise of you being able to be active in them,But I was they ended up being awful! When I would workout any time I would lift my arms above my head or shrug my shoulders high they would cut out my music and after a couple of times pulling the ears pieces out they would not retract back in as smooth as the first did

Great headset, spotty Bluetooth connection

Echoing what other users have written about crackling connection. Range is not a problem when not in motion (connection is strong and streams audio as far as 20 ft.), but when walking the audio will crackle if in my right trouser pocket, but not if in my shirt pocket (closer).
I use a smartphone model famous for its high bluetooth audio quality, and since other users are reporting this issue I doubt its my phone. These are otherwise terrific headphones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great performance - terrible quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 of theHBS-850 units back in October 2015 and both are now defective. The 1st unit right side no longer works. The 2nd unit does not remain paired and will constantly go in/out of contact. The power function on the 2nd unit also does not work correctly. The unit will turn on after being charged but will not turn off. As a result, the unit has to be charged every night or it will quickly drain. I had purchased the lower end LG wireless units and they also ended up losing either the right or left channel and was optimistic the LG tone unit would be more durable - unfortunately they seem to be worse!
I love the style and performance when the units are working correctly but will probably look elsewhere than LG since reliability seems to be very poor on their designs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gf bought this bout month ago for me and I quickly found out by others that I had a conversation with while using these that there seems to be no noise cancellation and it greatly disrupts the conversation of any small amount of noise comes from my end ,,, also if I have phone in lower pants pocket the headset cuts out a lot and even will totally disconnect at times ,, really was hoping for a better product from lg an the "active" name brand.
