bought 2 pairs, one for my wife and one for me. My left earbud broke on day 2. My wife gave up on day 1 because she spoke to on the phone could not hear her. I took her pair and after 1 week the right ear bud broke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was giving these as a gift by my daughter because I do a lot of running. I LOVE the quality of the sound, the design, and the way they fit....the quality of the phone audio quality is superb, and the battery life and re-charge time are really great. Unfortunately, after 4 days the right ear bud stopped working. I love everything else about them...but they were a gift from my daughter who lives in another state so now I have to deal with the pain in the butt of how to get them exchanged for a functional pair....ugh.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought these two months ago and I just sent my second pair back to LG for repair. Sent the first pair in for the right side going out after a week of use and then it took Lg two months to send a replacement. Once I got the relacement the right side went out within 3 days after receiving them. I just sent those back and I'm waiting for third set. If this set doesn't last I'm done with LG.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in mid December 2015 and like most of the other reviews the earbuds started cutting off and having low volume. People say they can only hear background noise now. I have had them about 2 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still going strong! My Bluetooth headset is as good as new after a year of use. I work outdoors in the construction field in Florida. 95° heat, 100% humidity, afternoon thunderstorms and what feels like a gallon of sweat per day has not fazed it. I couldn't be happier with it's performance and reliability. Great product, I highly recommend this to anyone who is tough on their gadgets!

Bought to cut the cord. I canNOT use it to make calls SO MUCH NOISE IS PICKED UP BY EVERYONE I talk to. Everyone asked me to put on hand set or speaker. Less noise Hate I wasted this much money!

They worked okay at first, but I kept noticing the sound would cut off if I lifted my arm or tilted my head. Now, 5 months later, the left earbud is out and the cutoff sound is worse. For the price paid, you would think these would be a much, much better product...as the Review Title states, very, very disappointing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in June/July 2015. The left earbud lost all volume in September. Due to a cross-country move, I waited until October 2015 to do a warranty replacement. I got a refurbished pair in November 2015 per the date on the ship box. That went bad in December when the right earbud died. Got another refurb pair in early January 2016. It is now Jan. 22, 2016, and the left earbud has died. I am calling LG and demanding a complete refund. I don't want a fourth pair (which would be a third refurb) to go bad. This doesn't even touch on the fact that the mic is in a place where people sometimes cannot hear you and you have to move the thing a bit so people can hear. A waste of a product with high expectations. Save your money and buy something else.
