[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I see I'm one of many to experience failing audio so obviously this model design is flawed. I've had 2 sets to quit working after about a year each. On the first set one side quit working. On the second set the right side quit working and the next day the left side quit too. The buttons, mic, and vibrate still worked but no audio at all, including power on and off audio messages. If you want to spend about $100 a year on this product then you may be ok with it. Otherwise there's cheaper alternatives online.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for myself for Christmas. A sales rep at a phone store recommended them for my workout needs.They've been in a drawer since the 1st week of January. Can't hear anything - the volume inexplicably dropped to very low and has stayed there. I have tried pairing with different devices but still the same result.

This is the second pair in a month. Don't waste your money. On both pairs the right ear bud dies. The sound just keeps fading away. The directions even tell you that you can't listen at high volumes. What a bad product this is. I thought I was buying a good product but instead I got a bad product. Good thing I can still get my money back. You lost me LG and that's to bad.

I bought this piece of Bluetooth month ago and it was no good since the beginning so I send it to get checked and the sended it back saying that no defects were found, I used it again and still does not work right.

Great Sound

Great sound and the headphones stay around my next when I work out. I do not like the multi function buttons thou. I have to use my phone to change tracks.

Decent sound quality, but earphone plugs don't fit

I purchased this item and was pleased with the look and the contour around the neck, along with the sound quality. However, the problem with the headset is the poor design of the ear plugs! The plugs will not stay in my ears and I have changed the plugs to the smaller ones with the same result. I could NEVER workout in theses things.

New set working perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first bought this headset in June of 2016, not even a week later the right earbud stopped working. I contacted LG and they were very supportive and walked me through the process to return my headset to them because I hand a 1 year warranty. I sent my headphones to them (free shipping by the way) and I got my a Brandnew not refurbished new pair of headsets. It only took less than a week from me to send them out and LG to send me my new pair. I am extremely happy they accommodated as fast as possible.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use
