Left earbud dies!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm on my 2nd set. Left earbud has died on both. Based on the reviews, this is pretty normal. Bad design. Faulty product. Don't waste your money. You'll get maybe 2 months at the most out of it. Then when you return it, the same will happen with that pair.

Stopped Working Within Two Months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received the product, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great sound quality and Bluetooth range. However, sound stopped coming out of one side after about two months of use. I was told the product was out of warranty and would cost about as much to fix as to replace. Given the short life of the product and poor warranty backing it, I would give the HBS-850 1 star.

Ive had them almost a year and left side gone out.... But i lobe them

Awesome sound

The great news is that LG replaced my product, no charge. Will not purchase another headset with retractable ear pieces. Still loving my LG products!

Right volume diminished

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was very nice set originally, but after 3 weeks the right side volume diminished by at least half normal volume. I only use this while driving my truck, and I have been extremely careful about extending and retracting the buds. So I would say that these wires are as flimsy as they look.
