These are a waste of money. I went through 2 pairs within a month. Both pairs did the exact same thing. The right ear bud died out on both. It's to bad cuz they lost my business to Powerbeat Wireless and I love them.

One side did not work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the headset 1 year and 1 and 1/2 month ago. One side did not work any more. It was just 1 and a half month outside of the warranty period. I will not buy an other LG headset. If that is the quality then expect it to die right after one year.

Good but needs improvement

The HBS850s are am improvement with respect to moisture issues rendering your headset useless but it lacks in other areas.
Over other models the 850 has moderately reduced Bluetooth range, and a shorter battery life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got these for Christmas and the left earbud died toe days later

Awesome headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these headphone 9 months ago and have had no trouble with them. They have been awesome for me. I love how they hug my neck and don't bounce around when I'm running or performing other exercises. I also like that the bug retract into the headset. Battery life is also impressive. I would highly recommend them.

Left side is defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the LG Active; From the moment I purchased this item, the left side of the earplug was defective. If I lean a certain way, the sound become muffled. Some time later, the sound completely went out on the left side. The sound for the headset goes static as if I'm too far away from my phone, even if my phone is in my hand. I tried locating another one in store, however no stores sell this item. I will return it since I have a warranty on it, however that leaves me with no bluetooth headset until I am able to locate another item to my liking. This is a great inconvenience. I want to say that I would recommend this item however this is my 3rd LG and they all have issue with the earplug.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use
