Bought this as a Christmas gift for my hubby who is very active with jogging and boxing training. He said they weren't comfortable to wear and the sound was so so. Considering that they are marketed for "active" people I would've hoped for a product more accommodating for that lifestyle. We needed up returning them.

I've had issues with ear peaces falling off. This headset is great. I've had it for a month and it is yet to fall off.

I bought this product for my husband however it did not sit well around his neck (big n tall). There is no adjustment available.

Got as a present. Works great. Not sure on how well the retractable earbuds will retract, but so far, it is an awesome set

bought 3 months ago, work great! about a month ago the right earbud volume started going up and down on its own. they replaced them and so far no issues with the new set.
