Wanted a good Bluetooth device for work. Chose this device primarily due to the water/sweat resistance. Works great listening to music while working but thsts about it. I'm hugely dissatisfied. No 1 can hear me clearly when on a call. I get random digital distortion. My phone will be in my pocket but yet the device continuously losses connection. If this design is considered "1 size fits all" , the engineers has some serious issues with how they figure sizing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loved them at first but the the left side stopped working and then it got hard to talk to people on the phone. I would not recommend them

Not worth the money

Got the tone actives to wear at work. Everyone complains they can't hear me or the tones pick up all the background noise. I have my phone on my side in an otter box and the tones don't hold connection to my phone all ways dropping connection and trying to connect often have to turn tones off and back on to reconnect. Only thing I like is that they don't fall off all the time.

My pair have issues and they connect and disconnect will in my pocket and they r suppose to work up to 33' away

I have had several pairs of tones. I was really interested in these because i sweat a lot at work but love the convince of LG tones. bought LG tone active not happy at all. I have people all the time can not hear me or say that sound far away from the phone or in a barrel. Listening to music is ok. I could tolerate the music if people could hear me.

No noise reduction

I got few weeks ago and have only one fault. Picks up all noise from background during calls making it hard for the other person to understand me.
