Can't figure out how to use it, can't open the area to charge it, will take it back

I bought for my 16 year old daughter, we took it back said she would never use it and I had no use for it either

Allows hands free

Bought this so I could be more hands free and mobile without having phone stuck on my hip. Ear buds are great,but some callers cannot hear me till I shut this unit off and pick up the stupid phone

I love my wireless headset. It is a solution to my need to have a way to listen to my books while I walk in the lazy river in the rec center.

fits well around the neck, get many complaints from caller that they can't hear me well or it's garbled. I tried speaking louder and slower and that didn't work. I raised the headset from the resting spot on my neck to the top of my neck by my chin and then they could hear me better, but said it still sounds like I'm talking in a barrel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
