Horrible connectivity and sound

I bough the these about a month ago. Either the sound or the connection are horrible . They just crackle and cut out and my phone is in my pocket !

Bought this headset for my I phone 6s plus I could not be happier with it both sound and mic work very well.

I don't know how good it could be as it was not connected for me when i purchased it and when I had someone (not with your company) activate it, my phone was muted and I could not hear anything,

I finally invested in a pair of wireless headphones/blue tooth combo and am very pleased with my purchase. I bought these headphones mostly for my workouts since I end up using the radio on my phone or talking to someone. It is really nice not have cords in the way or ear buds falling out of my ears! I'm sending my husband to buy himself too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The sound quality on this headset is superb, but I didn't realize this was a sports model which means the band is tight around the neck so that it doesn't fall off during exercise. Otherwise, get it, great sound and quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!
