Great Headset

This bluetooth broke within 2 weeks of purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bluetooth broke within 2 weeks of purchase from putting it on and taking it off my neck. The right side broke from the center section and is now hanging from the wire connecting the two ear buds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older LG headset and decided to upgrade to the HBS 850. I like the idea of the retractable ear buds and talking on the phone was not the best with the older set. I bought the new set and was very displeased with the tiny buttons and how few buttons there were. Still not discouraged I charged the headset up and tried to listen to my music. There is no bass and the sound quality is very poor. I then tried to make an call and was told that I was very muffled and it was hard to hear me.
Another problem was as I was driving and listening to music, the music kept cutting out. I could not understand this and when I stopped for gas realized that the headset was losing connection with the phone. I don't understand this as the phone was on the seat beside me and also on my belt. Also I'm not a fan of the new "around the neck" design. It's not flexible enough and it's too small.
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. LG you REALLY dropped the ball!!!!!

all around very good headset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] have had mine for 10 days. have gotten a lot of use out of em in that time. very pleased with the durability and functions. linking w/ phone was simple. i turn it off every night. it tells you the charge level of the battery when turned on. with moderate use(on average), it's been on same charge for 6 days and when i turned it on this morning it voiced medium battery. that's great! only reason these aren't 5 star, the right ear bud is considerably softer in volume. if that gets fixed, very easy 5 star.

Thing Sucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this back in January 2016 and out of 8 months it's probably worked 2 of them. It never wants to connect or stay connected no matter where I am. I have Att for wireless service and I've even gotten a new phone since purchasing the headset. People at work have no issues with theirs in our building but I literally try them everywhere just to see if I can get them to connect. Plus the left ear bud works when it wants. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Just not worth the price for the hassle. I am now going to go buy me a pair that works.

Buttons too complicated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these the sound is not very good and the volume is not high enough. Why would you make the buttons so complicated, my friend has a LG tone ultra the buttons are simple. If your gonna use these for active stuff shouldn't they be simple.
