Nice product in general

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it was installed, we found the ice maker tubing was slit and leaked water all over my brand new wood floor. Company had someone come fix it. Did notice that same week that the doors are not hung level and am not thrilled with that either but the seal seems ok. Less than a month old.
I would recommend this to a friend!

BUY FILTER FOR ICE!!!

Great size and all, but I do not recommend using the ice machine without a filter! I hoped the taste would go away, but 6 months later I'm still not able to use the ice. I will unfortunately have to invest in a filter, but I do feel that it should come with the product already. Making an investment like this would have been that much more worth it and my rating would have been higher. Other downside is the refrigerator settings are too basic and a little hard to understand. You have to play with them and wait the full 24 hours to see which temp will work best for your food. Also, the light bulb didn't even last a month! Something so simple yet cheap apparently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Seem to work perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had it installed and it seems to work perfectly. Lots of solid ice cubes. Keeps food at desired temperature in the freezer and fridge. My only complaint is that there should me more cjpoices for spacing for the shelves. I want to keep 1.75 L wine bottle with a cork on the lower shelf and that's difficult
