I can't believe the reviews that says this can cook too fast. I have tried to cook a roast on one occasion and just potatoes on another, and each time I left it on high for 6 hours and nothing was cooked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Need a new lid!

The crockpot worked well until the handle on the lid broke. I need to order a replacement and have been unable to find it on your site. Model #SC450-S .

Hello. We purchased this model 2-3 years ago and use it only approx. 6 times a year for large holiday meals. Our question is that is seems to take much longer to cook than recipes state. We have lately used another borrowed Crock-Pot along side of this one with same items and the other model is always done in the stated time, however this one is not and takes 1-2 hours to finish. Could there be an issues with this one? Our fear is that someone my get ill. Can you please advise us?
