Need a slow cooker that works as intended and looks great at the same time? This is it. No bells and whistles, but that's what I wanted - something simple - warm, low, high, and off. Although I have a larger slow cooker, I wanted something smaller and this one fits the bill nicely. The price was great and with free shipping, well, call me "sold!" Easy cleanup. I don't like a lot of stuff hanging out on the counters but this appliance looks great doing just that. A good value. Highly recommend.
Pros: price, pretty design

We apologize that your meat is not cooking properly. This is not typical of this slow cooker. We would be happy to help. Please contact us using the link below.
Thank you so much for your crock pots. I have a couple and I give them as gifts. Love that there are 3 quart sizes available for smaller meals and soups. Love the different compartments that are available. Love that you can take the inside crock part out and clean it easily. Hear that the liners are great for clean-up even though I have not used those. I look forward to more products. Barb

A little bit short

Just purchased and used it the same day. Unit performed well with zero problems. It has a very nice flat bottomed crock and the lid fits well Where it came up short was with the 2ft. power cord. A longer cord (3-4ft) would make it easier to use on a small counter top with limited outlets (Apt. kitchen) This is my only complaint with this unit.

Handles literally melting off

I received this as a gift for Christmas and have tried using it 4 times. Every single time on the lowest setting it cooks entirely too fast to the point of being a safety hazard. I have to be really careful where I live (in a high fire risk area) and I wouldn't feel safe to leave this thing unattended. It cooks way too fast and hot. In fact, the handles have begun to melt! I have tried cooking a completely full pot of chili (just to reheat which was fine), a pork roast with sauerkraut (which burned after a couple hours), a rotisserie chicken (overcooked all veggies burned to bottom and blackened) and a bbq pork roast (multiple pounds and it cooked in 3 hours on LOW)! Complete craziness. Something is seriously wrong with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I lost my dial and couldn't use my smaller Crock Pot. I bought a new one that is round with black and white circles. It has low, medium, high and warm. I love using this for meals I can make early in the day and then rest till my husband comes home for dinner. I am recovering from cancer so this is a blessing. The warm feature is great!

This was the 3rd or 4th use of the 4.5 qt Crock-Pot and I was cooking collard greens on high. About two hours into the cook time the handles started to melt, black substance down the sides.
