[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heat is fabulous on this cooker. Great for so many meals, especially stew or chili. It is my favorite one to clean, because it is easier to manipulate.

As a single person this is the perfect size to be useful for me.
A bonus is the way it looks, almost a piece of art which pleases my artistic sensibilities. It's important to note that the pot must be at least half full when using it. So if you are not entertaining more than yourself, you cannot use the larger Crock Pots on the market.

I am so pleased with the new Crock Pot,since I purchased a 3 1/2 Qt. 30 years ago.
This is so much easier to clean with the removable Crockery.I just purchased a newer 4 1/2 Qt. model to replace the 30 year model that finally quit working.

Lid rattles when the steam builds up. Crock doesn’t sit level in base. The soup I made boiled in a few hours using low setting when I should have been able to let it slowly cook longer on low.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
