I have other crock pots in various sizes. I love them all. I got my first one over 25 years ago. I got this one to replace one I damaged. I have only had a chance to use it once & as expected, it did great!!!

Not so great

Lid rattles when the steam builds up. Crock doesn’t sit level in base. The soup I made boiled in a few hours using low setting when I should have been able to let it slowly cook longer on low.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I inherited my mother's old crockpot and used it many years but the knob fell off and of course back then the crock was not removable. I was ready for another and I love the damask design. Easy to clean and looks pretty too.
