I really like all of the features. My favorite is that it dispenses the detergent automatically, I just dump a gallon in the tank from time to time. I like the notifications on my iPhone, and I like how it tells the dryer what setting to use for the load it just completed.

Auto dispense is wonderful, convenient and takes the guessing out of how much to use for the load. Capacity is huge! Finally able to wash large bedding items.

A pleasure to use!! Many options to get the best results for cleaning and drying. I don't dread washing, drying and folding. The glow has not worn off yet!!

Horrible, takes for ever, doen't always wash

I got this thinking it was going to be great and very efficient. It never takes the time it says it takes, it always takes longer. Just after the warranty ran out, it stopped working completely. Now I can't get the parts to fix it they are on back order until May. What kind of product is this??? It broke in February and I still can't fix it. We are going into March.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never worked

We bought this with our new home. It always made a ticking noise on the spin cycle. Each time a work order was put in the response was great but no one knows what the problem is. Now 2 years later, the spin cycle doesn't work at all. It is such an inconvenience to own a washing machine that was expensive and doesn't work. Don't waist your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
