This is a nice washer, although the product manual was somewhat limited in directions on how to use the automatic detergent/softner options. The spin cycle thoroughly removes water from clothing reducing time needed in the dryer. The washer makes loud noises when it gets out of cycle and is resetting itself. Customer service was very helpful in explaining operating details of the machine which the owners manual did not (we received older version of the owners manual).

Former machine was a GE. Pleased w it so purchased a newer model from local store, not a large chain. Expect this machine to last a long time. Very quiet while operating.

Purchased this a few weeks ago and absolutely love this machine! The capacity is huge and the machine is very quiet. Bought this to replace a stinky front loader and very happy we did.

Although the machine does not have as many stain cycles as my previous one, it's a great at getting clothes clean. The cycle lengths are a bit longer but cleaner clothes that require less drying time are definitely worth the wait.

The easy of use by any one with the automatic settings with just selecting the load type and hitting go. No load level or other settings to change plus it lets you know when it is done when you use it with the GE app on your smart phone.
