Nothing but trouble

Without s doubt the worst appliance we have ever owned. Doesn’t clean … randomly stops mid-cycle … goes off-balance on small loads … turns itself on multiple times per day … cannot disable wifi (enabling it was s HUGE mistake. Will never buy another GE product.

The washer ties everything in knots and is out of balance on every load.

I'm extremely disappointed with the washing capabilities of this machine when I wash black or dark clothes. When removing the clothes after the wash cycle, there is always gray residue on the fabrics in the wrinkles. I have tried different detergents (including the recommended TIDE). I add the additional rinse cycle. Nothing helps. I always have to send the load through the machine again. I haven't encountered this problem with any machine I have owned in the past.

This is a replacement unit. Or last one died after 13 months. They tried to fix it but could not fix it. Good thing we bought the insurance. This is a top of the line unit. It is missing a couple of features from the previous unit though.

So far the washer is doing everything as advertized, I especially like the the way it spins the clothes so well that it actually cuts down on drying time.
