Horrible Quality

After much research and owning GE Profile appliances at our previous home, we went with this model. Not a good choice. Just three weeks after owning it, we had to have the control panel replaced. Two years later we need it replaced again. While the part was covered, I was still required to pay for the labor and the service call. At a minimum, the labor should have been paid for on a part that was faulty AND has a 5 year Warranty on it. Will NOT buy GE again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst washer I’ve ever had. Not enough water to clean stuff. Many times I take out clothes or a comforter and it has dry patches on it where nothing touched it.

I love my new GE smart dispensing washer but it uses to much detergent my close still feel a little soapy when they come out it needs to use less

Ruined multiple clothing items with too much detergent. After 4 years, the "transmission"...which somehow is not considered part of the motor...decided to go up and blow outlets in my home. Cost to replace far exceeded price of a new washer. Ridiculous.

NEGATIVE machine is noisy and will only last 3 years max.
