Doesn't Clean Well

We purchased a new home and this dishwasher was in it. It doesn't clean well. Dishes have to be washed before putting in. Many times the soap basket doesn't open during the wash cycle.its also noisy. We have open kitchen/living area.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I believe that the utensil basket is awkwardly placed and items in that basket can impede the door on the "soap" dispenser from opening.

This Dish Washer was put in our new home by the builder. We like the quietness when running. Silver ware basket location is poor. In the front against the door. Silverware does not always get clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
