This dishwasher was installed by my builder. It is very loud and the soap dispenser very rarely opens. When it does open it leaves soap all over the dishes and so I have to run the dishwasher again

We bought this new, builder grade at best. Notice the dish packets don't always fully dissolve and the washer is very loud. Can't get two rows of plates in it and the silverware tray is cumbersome. Will buy competitors next

Wish I could have gotten something better

This dishwasher came standard in our house that we built. Everyone got it unless they upgraded. You pretty much can't have the utensil holder on the door. Your soap container won't open. Then by putting it in the bottom rack, you lose washing space. That's annoying. Everyone has had the same problem.

silverware basket blocks the soap door

I do not like this dishwasher. The wash takes way too long, it is noisy and the silverware baskets block the soap dispenser from opening properly if you put your silverware in it.

Low quality and it does not dry the dishes most of the time. Dishwasher man says it is ok and that I should use powder dishwasher soap. I should have a choice.

This product was installed in our new home by the builder. It has been in use for about 4 months with no issues. As long as this continues for years to come we will continue to be happy customers.
