If you don't angle the silverware just right the soap dispenser doesn't open so the dishes will get clean. The other thing that sucks is there is no timer showing how long it has left to run before done. Otherwise a good dishwasher

The washer is efficient and cleans well. The cutlery tray can block the soap dispenser if you are not careful how you load cutlery. It can be frustrating. Additional sound proofing would be appreciated...lots of "clicks" throughout cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Came with the new house we bought. We never had problems with our better washer in our old house. They recommend the Cascade pacs yet they don't fit in the dispenser and rarely completely dissolve. Who wants to replace a new dishwasher?

Looks better than it works

This dishwasher works but has horrible racks. I especially do not like the silverware rack. It is a small dishwasher--not enough room to hold dishes for a big family. Several times it has not worked properly--soap packet was not dispensed and was still in the holder.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
