Usually we have to repeat the washing cycle.

This product was not working properly from the beginning. Many times we have to repeat the wash cycle because the specks are still on cups and flatware. We alway pre rinse our items before loading.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After living many years in an apartment it was great to move into our new house and have a proper dishwasher. My wife has restored faith in dishwashers now.

Poor Design

This is the dishwasher that was put in to our new build home. If I would have know of the poor design I would have definitely chosen a different model. What I hate about it is the utensil basket is located along the front of the bottom pullout. Having it there obstructs the soap pod from properly dispersing. I cannot put ANY utensils in the middle area where the dispenser is which is very limiting. Sometimes it works, but many many times the pod gets stuck and it's a big gooey mess when the full cycle is finished. Glad it is no longer available. I now am stuck with a dishwasher I do not like until it dies. Other than that, it works well when the soap pod doesn't get stuck. Sad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
