You don't have to keep up the volume on television because it is so quiet. The dishes are so clean with out having to pre-wash first anymore.

Bought and installed last night, was no problem, installation manual was easy to follow. Used it for the first time, makes a little noise initially, the soft food grinder, but overall I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Only one week in, no complaints. It is very quiet. Like the rack options (third upper rack is very helpful). Fold down tines on the bottom rack is much more helpful than I thought it would be.

I purchased this dishwasher and I am so glad I did. It holds a LOT of dishes and is very quiet. The third rack is really useful and it cleans wonderfully.

Washes dishes well and I like the heated drying. Dishes come out smelling strange sometimes. Almost a musty smell. I read a reveiw that someone had said the same thing. Hopefully it goes away. I thought it would be quieter. One of GE's selling points is how quiet it is. Make sure you measure the depth of your counter and cabinets. My dishwasher sticks out 2 inches.

Love the slate

My other dish washer was 20 years old. I love the slate look and compared to my old dish wash it is so quite. I had to look to make sure it was running. We do a lot of cooking so the 3 draw was a must. This dish washer has so much room. I actually brought my largest pot and told the sales person in need this to fit what ever dish washer I buy. What a difference in design in 20 years.
