Quiet Operation

The first thing I notice was how quiet this dishwasher is compared to my old 23 year old dishwasher. But I am unhappy about the soap dispenser & rinsing. Quit a few times, I have seen soap (Finish) clumped in the dispenser upon taking the dishes out. And I am also concerned about soap getting rinsed properly. Alot of times when putting water in a glass or cup, I see bubbles. I wonder how well the rinsing is getting done. I am planning to use another dishwasher soap that is liquid and see if that will help. I expect better than this for the price I paid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed with the Dishwasher

We bought this model several months ago. We have been disappointed for a few reasons: (1) the soap dispenser & rinsing. Pretty regularly the soap (Finish) is clumped in the dispenser upon the end of the cycle and taking the dishes out. I wonder how well the rinsing is getting done. (2) The dishes do not get cleaned well. Even after a heavy wash cycle they do not clean well. I expected better than this for the price I paid. I have to wonder why this model has been discontinued.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does a good job, but

There are things I really like about this dishwasher, but the lower rack is set up poorly for my use. I really like the third rack for knives, etc. The second rack is too short for wine glasses. Oh, well, They should be washed by hand anyway!

The dishwasher is so quiet that when I am near it I have to bent down to look at the lights or to check to see if it is washing. It's great!!

LOVE IT

I got this on Saturday. used it on Sunday. I ALWAYS loved GE appliances and wanted to start my upgrade to GE in my new home. So I went with this dishwasher. love the shelves and how the buttons or hidden under countertop.
