Worst Dishwasher.

Had terrible experience with this dishwasher. Installed brand new in new construction home and in less than 4 years its started causing trouble. First of all its soap dispenser wont open fully somedays. Tried keeping the load light and moved the accessories holder also. Then after few days the door sensor wont work and it will not start. In my old apartment i had installed a whirlpool dishwasher and it had no issues whatsoever for as many years as we stayed at that place almost 8 yrs. never ever had to deal with soap dispenser issue nor the door. Terrible one

Doesn’t clean. Cycles take forever. Won’t dry.

Looks like “Monogram” series. Don’t be fooled by the stainless and “ge” logo: is, in fact, contractor grade, super cheap. Door/hinge is flimsy; simply doesn’t clean — you must rinse and dry dishes in order to remove residue from them after the cycle completes; have run it on even “heavy duty” cycle (which takes > 3 hours!) but still same results: dirty, wet dishes.

Sad dishwasher that rarely works

Never cleans dishes all the way. Soap dispenser rarely opens so rewashing is needed. Basket has rust on all the end points. Not even three years old and needs to be replaced

Long Cycle and Doesn’t clean well

The cycle takes about 4 hours to compete and it doesn’t even clean the dishes. We basically use it to sanitize, but it’s worse than our 1970s dishwasher we previously had. The soap compartment gets stuck and we have to sometimes manually open it mid-cycle. I would not recommend this product.

What a hunk of junk! Less then 2 years and doesn’t work. I’m almost positive it was defective to begin with but have no proof of that and there is no warranty past the 1 year!

Terrible dishwashwr

The dishwasher was installed with the home we built. Within the first year of using the dishwasher the baskets completely rusted and were replaced under warranty. A few months later the baskets started to rust again and now are now almost completely rusted through again.

Problems within first year!

This model came with my home...along with my other 6 GE appliances. So disappointing...Ive owned for 5 years. Purchased the extended warranty for all GE appliances after 1 year because needed new fridge & microwave within that first year. Absolutely crazy! Second year had to replace motherboard in dishwasher and the bottom rack has been replaced 3 times because of corrosion...how? We hv great water, live in a beautiful home...appliances have been a huge disappointment. Unfortunately I will never buy GE again.
