Appliance include in new house purchase. Brand new appliances. Stopped working after 1.5 years. Have tried troubleshooting with no success. It just started beeping one day and then shut off. 
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this machine, but bottom rack has not held up. Has to be replaced - other than that , quiet and hard working machine.

Same issue No power coming but outlet has power

Same problem as everyone else! Came to new home in 2018 now dish washer not working. I verified all mentioned in the document. Everything good seems problem with this model. Any law suit opened for this model? Issue seems to be with this model only.

This dishwasher was already installed in my new construction home in 2018. I can honestly say, since 2018, I have used this dishwasher less than 20 times. First off, it never ever dried the items after the wash. A few months ago it started beeping and now it is completely inoperable. It won’t turn on. Apparently, this same issue has affected my neighbors too, and they eventually had to purchase a new dishwasher. From the looks of it many others have dealt with the same issues. There’s no point calling GE or even scheduling a professional to look at it because it will be costly for parts and labor, and even then it will likely breakdown again. My new dishwasher will NOT be GE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GE is 0-2 on home purchased last year

My house was built in Nov 2017, I bought it last year and already had to replace the built in GE microwave this year which is not used often and now I am having issues with my GE dishwasher as well seem to be terrible products with no warranty left. I have never had so many issues with a brand and had to replace after such a short period of time. I only run dishwasher about once a quarter so rarely been used and last 2 times seems like heat dry is not coming on and it lights and beeping come on randomly all the time now.

Avoid buying and don’t waste money repairing

My dishwasher came as a builder appliance upgrade in a new construction in 2017. This is supposed to be the better model. Since then, i had completely changed the new door 2 years ago due to power failure which seems to be a common problem based on all the review. Now it is leaking on the bottom of the door when the wash is going. The door is new with new lower door gasket that is less than 2 years old. Now i have a leaking problem. The labor and parts for the door change and more labor and parts for changing the lower door gasket assuming that it is the cause of the leak will be more than the total cost of this dishwasher. GE is like Boeing. Used to be good and now just manufactures trashy expensive product. Better to spend more money on other brands than any GE product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
