My dishwasher is only two months old. I just opened my dishwasher this morning after running it on a normal cycle last night. I opened it up to find the liquid soap had opened up at what appears to be during the last minute of the cycle because all of the blue liquid cascade was all over the door still. That means it did not use the cascade soap to clean the dishes since the cycle was over and the soap was still there. Grrr
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The dishwasher runs for nearly 2 hours. I suggest GE to look into this and try to reduce the cycle time if possible.

Easy to use and clean

This dishwasher was part of our builder's package. I have not been particularly happy with it. It is loud and leaves grit on the glasses. We have only been using it three weeks so maybe the grit part will ease up as we use it more, but it is still very loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
