It came with our new condo. It takes 3 hours to normal cycle, very loud

We purchased this a few months ago and it is all that I hoped that it would be. Dishes are nice and clean, knives does not have dried on peanut butter on them. Nice and quiet.

This appliance came with the new construction home we purchased last November. It does clean well but if you fill the silverware compartment in the middle section your soap will not be able to disberse properly and you will end up with unrinsed soap all over your silverware. Ergonomically not a great design.
I would recommend this to a friend!

problems with the working

I bought the GDT580SSF6SS model in July 2015 and have been so disappointed. It always takes too long to wash. Is that normal? But that is something I got used to.
But after a year, it has not been working, delay cycle is not working, does not start always, after starting stops sometimes and we have to restart manually. It does a poor job of washing and leaving soap residue! Has anyone experienced this? Unfortunately we did not purchase extended warranty? What has been the experience with service?

Works great, high pitch noise

My dishes have never been cleaner. But, while the dishwasher is running, it emits a high pitched noise. It is quiet except for that. It took some getting used to.
