Good features and a good clean

Dishwasher came with new construction house, very pleased with the dishwasher. Cleans the dishes very well, and have not had any issues. It's been 4 months, so I'd hope so, but has been very nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This came with my new house. It did not clean properly or dry my items. I was informed my water heater needed a higher temp. Fixed that and it dries the dishes but they are still not clean enough for me. Think I'll stick to washing dishes by hand and using the dish washer as a drying rack.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very noisy

This dishwasher was in our new home when we moved in. It is in the kitchen bar area. Our great room is on the other side of the bar. The dishwasher is soooooo loud that we cannot turn up the television high enough to cover the noise. At night it appears even louder. The performance seems to be okay but this is definately not a quiet dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So-So performer

Dishwasher was selected by builder in new house. Stainless exterior looks like a higher end product until you open the door. Capacity would be low for large family, don't like location of silverware basket.
The dispenser door for detergent does not consistently open to allow good cleaning. We use pre measured detergent, so over filling is not our error. Have had to run extra cycles to wash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

IF YOU LOVE DIRTY DISHES THIS IS THE ONE!

GE products just aren't what they used to be. We are very disappointed with this item. It started off well but after about a month it has all been downhill. Dishes are still dirty after running it for 3 times. Water pools in the bottom intermittently even after checking to see if there is anything clogging it. I have to let it air dry because the standing water is dingy gross water, if I leave the door closed it holds the stink after a day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't dry and has already broken

I purchase this dishwasher with a package of appliances that were "upgraded" at our design center for our home. The plastic piece that covers the controls has already broken off. The dishes are usually still wet after running the cycle with heat dry selected and the soap door sticks shut often making me run it a second time so the soap comes out. I wouldn't recommend this dishwasher.
