Great Color and slick look!

It started working as I expected from 55" OLED TV. Picture quality is amazing.
I have to call couple times the LG service people for some trivial questions. The customer service was excellent. They answered all my question and directed to the correct solution. I am impressed. I whole heartedly recommend this TV to my friends.

Great Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG has been in the forefront of OLED technology and the EF9500 is one of the best examples.
The picture has great contrast with deep blacks. The image looks like the best picture at your local movie theater.
Controls are easy to use with the mouse-controlled remote. The voice activation works quite well.
One of the best features of this TV is how easy it is to customize brightness, contrast, etc. just with the flick of the remote.
The only down side of the EF9500 is its price. Yes, it is more expensive than the competition. but what would you expect to get the best picture in a 4K TV.
