one out four knobs works properly

I'm not sure if this is a common issue or the unit came with the wrong knobs. Only the front right burner knobs works properly. What I mean is that in order to unlock the knob you have to push it down and then turn it. On the other three burners, the knobs won't push down to unlock them. I have to remove them and manually push the knob post to unlock them so they can turn.
I inspected the knobs and they all look good and work on the front right burner but won't work work on the other three burners.
Other than this, the unit is decent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Scratches and labels come off

My unit is only 6 years old and I am so sad on how it is not holding up. It still functions okay, but cosmetically it has many scratches, the plastic knobs make the unit look cheap, and the cooktop labels are coming off. I know stainless steel can scratch so I am super careful when cleaning. I only use soap and water on a paper towel and I follow the lines of the stainless steel when cleaning. I never use abrasives or steel wool. All I can say is they don't build them to last like they use to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst cooktop

The valve for two burners are ruined and the front right burner valve has been discontinued!!! I bought this 5 years ago and already discontinued and there are no replacement parts!!! Worst experience
