I have not used gas in a long time. So cooking heat and times are different. I think the appearance of this item is nice. Hope it works for a long time.

Scratches easily and difficult to clean

Provided by the builder with kitchen upgrade. Don't particularly like the product. It needs to be cleaned after every use as the SS shows every spot even water. The Matt finish scratches easily and is already showing signs of use after just 2 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
