The new 4 door refrigerator is outstanding. Not only does it have more room than other models but it also provides for more organization of food items. It meets all of our requirements we were looking for.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: ice maker slow to dispense ice

We love this refrigerator. We will have it built into the cabinetry in a few months, My wife has never liked the big freezer drawers in the typical French door models. She is very happy with the drawers and pull out shelves in the two lower compartments. We have found the deep door shelves to be easy to organize a large number of items. So far, my wife is using the convertible zone on the soft freeze setting. This refrigerator has anti-smug stainless steel finish. It really works!

We were very impressed with the look and features in the store. We have been even more impressed with it in our home. The led lighting really brightens up the interior. The lower French doors caught my eye in the store and the veratiity of the bottom right side really makes a difference. Plenty of room and lots of features. What's not to love.

Cons: bit taller than normal

Amazing Refrigerator

I have had this refrigerator over six months now and I love it! I really like the flex option to have one of the food areas be a refrigerator or a freezer. 30 cu has given me more room than I'm able to use but when having a get together, it's perfect. If I could write one negative thing about the refrigerator, I would say when using the automatic water dispenser, it seems a little slow when filling my glass but that's searching hard to say something negative.
The unit is well worth the price. I have space, it looks great, nice features and so far it's reliable.
When the time comes to replace this unit, hopefully in 10 years, I'll definitely purchase another Samsung.

If your looking at this fridge but the price has you worried, remember this, you get what you pay for. If it's in your budget, you won't go wrong with this unit.

Great overall, but there are a few issues.

Overall this fridge is great, but I've come across a few issues with it. The biggest one is the ice maker; it makes ice a little too well, freezing up solid. This then requires either unplugging the fridge for 2-3 days to let the ice melt out, or if you actually use your fridge to store food, it requires the destruction of the old ice maker in order to install a new one that is not clogged with ice. Another minor issue I've had is that there is not room enough to place a 2 liter soda bottle upright on the shelves without removing some of them. There is room in the right door for sodas, but only if it's not already full with other similarly tall items. Lastly, it's overall height is about an inch too tall. I had to remove a cabinet from my kitchen in order to make room for this fridge. Aside from these issues, the fridge performs wonderfully. The lighting is great, I can see things in the back of the fridge even when it's packed full.
Pros: Bright display, lighting, flexible cooling zone
Cons: Too big, ice maker

Best Refrigerator Ever

We have purchased a number of refrigerators over the years and this is the best ever! The four different doors make it easy to get into just the area you need. On top of that, the drawers align with all doors, which our previous refrigerators did not do.

I like the convenience of the refrig/freezer in the lower right quadrant. Storage area is spacious.
Triple cool feature is very handy. Negatives are the excessive noise of the ice maker and the occasional freezing of the ice maker which requires defrosting the unit to open the ice bin to reset the unit. Overall the unit is great.
