Pros: east to access all food items, well lit interior, easy to adapt to own needs

Love the frig but the ice maker definitely has problem.

Love the frig very much. Large, cold, design, but the ice maker isn't good. Got it delivered in October 2014, until now 1/27/2015, I already had 2 problem with ice maker. Ice stopped making ice about December. Reset the ice maker and it worked until now. Problem happened again and this time, the reset didn't work. I just submit the request for service. Let see how long it will take for my frig to work again.
Pros: Bright display

I would recommend it to anyone. The refrigerator is easy to access and to arrange large container inside. Easy filter replacement and removal of ice container. All around it is fabulous.

4 Door double French door Fridge

Love my fridge. It is BIG - so make sure you have enough space. I knocked out a bit more space into the garage so it would sit close to even up with the base cabinets. However the doors are also big so it will sit out some and will take space to open enough to get the bottom bins open. One design flaw which was mentioned so I knew it beforehand - the bottom right side can be either a fridge or a freezer, but you can't really adjust the temp as well as the fridge. So it sometimes is not cold enough or it gets a little to cold on the one fridge setting and slightly freezes the fruit a little! So we are a little careful what we put there. It would be nice if the fridge had the dual door on the top right side so you could more easily get stuff in the back of the door pockets and not need to open the door fully to get the iced tea pitcher out. Also it would be nice to have the dual ice maker as one of the Samsung freezers has so that you would not run out of ice cubes on hot days, And I suspect the ice cubes are all white because the ice maker is in the fridge door, not the freezer like on a side by side. Down the road, it might be a better choice to have 4 drawers on the bottom instead of 2 doors to make it a little easier for those whose joints are getting stiff!! And the ice water and ice maker stop when the other door opens - wish it didn't! But all in all, we really like the fridge - it has LOTS of room and is relatively flexible on spacing. But it is BIG and Expensive!
Pros: Bright display, large amount of storage space, flexible cooling
Cons: some deisgn shortcomings but not major

ice maker/water

ice maker would dispense crushed and cubed ice when in the cubed mode.
after 18 months, started leaking water in the ice unit and then the water appeared in the left freezer unit and froze. in the freezer unit it looks like a leak from the top and runs down and freezes.

Brilliant, Although...

I love it! This fridge is the most stylish and sassy one the market as of now. Samsung really put attention to detail with multiple shades of stainless steel accents, hidden door handles designed with chrome edges and unique 4 doors. If you want bells and whistles at a good price, check this one out. I've had it for 2.5 months now and so far I am extremely happy.
Although minor but could be major, one thing to keep in mind is accidentally opening the top left fridge door from the inside in lieu of the handle. Doing this can damage the hinge that fastens into place on the top of the fridge door. I tell my friends and family that come over to always open the door from the handle because it can be an easy oversight. Otherwise it's a perfect fridge!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color

Great features but poor performance

I have had this fridge for little more than a year and have had multiple problems with the ice maker.
Have had to remove all items from the fridge to my basement fridge on 3 different occasions to power off, defrost for 48 hours. This is extremely inconvenient.
This week I called in service because the fridge is registering 38 degrees and the internal temp is only 62 degrees. have had 3 separate gallons of milk spoil 5 days befor expiration to make us think to put a thermometer inside to check temp.
So, I again am throwing out food to avoid a food bacteria born illness.
I hope others have better luck with this fridge. The concept is great, but not impressed with performance.

Love the flexibility of the convertible sections - fridge to freezer or vise versa

I love the flexibility and the size of this fridge for my large family . My complaint is the lack of ice. the ice maker is very temperamental and only works when it wants to. It may make ice for 3 days, then takes a few days off.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
