I hope that it is not luck for us, but we had a fridge for about 1week and absolutely love it. But having problem with uper left and right side lamps. We bought it on purpose, because the convertible area,and huge size. Recently, our old stand-alone freezer quit old, and it certainly was nice to take all soft drinks from the convertible compartment and place it in the freezer to save our frozen products. We did not get an extended warranty on it, though, because there are some bad experiences reported, if we will fiz this problem with Ice I am sure it will be the best one we ever have
Pros: Durable
Cons: Poor quality

Prefect refrigerator for home. Flex is a great option

So far love the refrigerator. Did not get any issue so far. We like the flex option. Able to switch 1 container as freezer or fridge is really great. Have a good space as well. My wife is in awe of this fridge.

Programmable portion not that programmable

This fridge is beautiful and we've had no issues with it so far (only one month in). One thing I will warn potential buyers about, I had hoped to use the bottom right-hand portion of the fridge as additional fridge space. We have a separate freezer so don't need the extra freezer capacity. Unfortunately, you cannot set the temperature of this part of the fridge, you can only choose from one of four pre-set options - none of which are a normal fridge temperature. Three settings are all below freezing and the fourth is beverage cool, but above the temperature that prevents bacteria. Why samsung didn't allow one of the settings to just be a normal fridge temperature, or better yet, allow you to just pick the temp like the fridge and freezer part is beyond me. Otherwise, it's a great fridge.

This product has the best storage compartments you could ever wish for. Love the freezer departments to see with shelves and drawers easy slide in & out. Very happy with the product.
Recommend this product for Seniors on fixed income to save money on grocery sales due to the large storage compartments and electric cost.

So far I love my new refrigerator but I am a little confused about how to set the cool zone & freezer. But I will figure it out soon. I got my whole freezer from my old one into the new one. That was great.

I love the look of this fridge.. It is also a great purchase if some of your other appliances have handles on them and your fridge needs to be replaced. It is handle less so it will go with any other stainless steel appliances.

Wow! Just getting to know this new fridge but I am already liking it. Set up was easy and each compartment cooled down quickly and efficiently. The unit runs quietly and has convenient features that fit our lifestyle. I especially like the flip shelf and sliding shelf and the double wide space. No more frustration because of too tall pitchers or super wide trays of food.
Pros: Bright display, excellent space, flexible organization options, whisper quiet, stylish accent

Ice maker troubles and freezer burnt food.

I give this product 3 stars overall and that may be generous. 13 months after purchasing (1 month after factory warranty expired) the ice maker quit working. A fix that I will have to pay for out of pocket.
Also, the freezers are not very good for storing meat as it only takes a couple of weeks for freezer burn to set in.
Not what I was expecting out of such an expensive refridgerator!!!
Cons: Did not meet expectations, bad ice maker, freezer burnt food
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
