This is hands down the best refrigerator that we have owned . The coolest feature is the flexibility to have the lower right section as either a small refrigerator or a freezer. It is perfect for our kids to access for their own section of the refrigerator.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!

The "Cadillac" of Refrigerators!
on December 30, 2015

This awesome 32 cubic foot Samsung French 4-door refrigerator with flex-cool has been quite the center of attention in our kitchen. With the lovely LED lighting, it makes all of our food look even MORE delicious!! :) The reverse osmosis water filter makes our South Texas hard water taste absolutely refreshing, and the ice maker makes tons of crushed or cubed ice at the touch of a button. It is easy to clean, and resists fingerprints as well.
We really didn't know what the flex-cool feature was until we read the instruction manual. We were pleasantly surprised that the bottom right side door has a temperature control that can be converted from a freezer to a beverage cooler. So for those parties we will be having, we can keep our wine and drinks nice and cool!.
Pros: Bright display, beautiful and sleek design, french 4-door, flex-cooling feature
Check out my new Samsung Refrigerator! French four-door with flex cooling, LED lighting, crushed/cubed ice maker, water dispenser, reverse osmosis water filter, and more!

Love the concept of the 4-door model, but the "soft freeze" option leaves my ice cream like a thin soup - needs ability to adjust.
Also - inability to adjust door shelves makes it difficult to store taller bottles.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased this refrigerator for that added space when my in laws moved in. I don't know what we would have done without the added space .

Why was it so highly rated?

Honestly, I'm probably being a little too negative here, but there aren't many things that a refrigerator does. So when it doesn't do one of them WELL, it's a pretty major issue. And considering that it's a top-dollar piece of equipment, it absolutely should! So what's the issue? The ice maker is AWFUL! First off it takes too long for ice to actually come out and fill a cup. Second off, the crushed ice is hardly crushed. Frankly I wouldn't even consider it crushed, were it not for the even more ridiculous amount of time that it takes for it to come out. A fridge has like 4 functions, it: cools, freezes, pours water and makes and dispenses ice. When it doesn't do one of those 4 functions well, it's a major problem.
