Great for vacation home

We installed our Defender security system in October at our vacation home It's very reassuring to have the ability to remotely access the system and view the exterior of the home and interior utility room. Knowing everything is functioning normally and the home, boats and property are secured is as good as being there. Between the use of your online videos and excellent service on live chat made installation a breeze. Your techs are extremely knowledgeable. Very pleased with the quality of the pictures and ease of use.

Installed 3rd System and Works Great

This is my 3rd Defender system. Each and everyone has been easy to install and configure. I have multiple properties all setup, recording and motion detection. Each one sends e-mail to designated account when motion is detected. The quality for the price is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great system

We purchased two systems for two locations. Once we installed the first, the second was very easy to set up. The system is pretty intuitive. What we couldn't figure out from the online manual, we found in the online help forum. It's a good value, and it was pretty easy to set up and use. I did a lot of research before ordering this system, and I decided this was the best value for our money while providing all of what we wanted in a system. It has good cameras and DVR space. The only glitch is I've still not been able to get it to connect with my laptop or iPhone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this 1 1/2 months ago. I was having trouble getting certain features to work. I used live chat and they were no help at all. I was going to send this camera system back because I needed certain features to work and that was not happening
Then I talked to Michel with the Technical Support Team, he answered all my questions and was very helpful. I also received help from Daniella setting up my email alerts. The system is running fine now.

I bought this system and tested it recently. It will be installed in a new house in the near future. The cameras are made of metal and feel solid. Setup was easy, uncomplicated and the system was up and running in minutes. Resolution could have been a tad more clearer or I would have gave the system 5 stars. Overall a nice package with good value.
